Judge Sends Atty To NJ Court For Insider Trading Case

Law360, New York (April 8, 2011, 6:03 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge sent a former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC senior associate to New Jersey on Friday to face charges that he stole inside information from three law firms, netting him $32 million in a decadeslong scheme.

Magistrate Judge Theresa Buchanan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia declared that Matthew Kluger 's preliminary and detention hearings would take place in the U.S. District Court of the District of New Jersey, where he has been charged.
