Goldman Sachs Gets To Keep $63M From Adelphia

Law360 (April 11, 2011, 3:53 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday found that Goldman Sachs Group Inc. did not have to give back $62.9 million in payments it received a decade ago from a questionable account controlled by now-defunct Adelphia Communications Corp.
