Corrections Co. Hits Ex-Exec With Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 1:56 PM EDT) -- Corrections services agency The GEO Group Inc. slapped a former executive with a lawsuit Thursday in New York, claiming he misappropriated its trade secrets and breached its code of ethics to nab a multimillion-dollar government contract for residential re-entry services.
