Power Line Hit With Overtime Class Action

Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 7:13 PM EDT) -- A putative class of former employees of Power Line Services Inc. sued the electrical construction company in Texas federal court on Monday for allegedly making improper paycheck deductions and failing to pay overtime wages.
