Marvell Execs Sue Goldman Over Alleged $100M Fraud

Law360 (April 12, 2011, 3:15 PM EDT) -- The husband-and-wife co-founders of Marvell Technology Group Ltd. hit Goldman Sachs Group Inc. with a lawsuit in California on Monday, claiming the Wall Street giant bilked them of more than $100 million through a bogus margin call.
