Medical Group Kept Egg Prices Low, Donor Claims

Law360 (April 13, 2011, 1:36 PM EDT) -- An egg donor launched a class action in California on Tuesday accusing the American Society for Reproductive Medicine of fixing prices for human egg donation services by setting maximum compensation rules for its member clinics.
