McKenna Long Drops FDIC Suit Over Bank Docs

Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 6:11 PM EDT) -- McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP on Tuesday dropped its Georgia lawsuit over the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.'s demand that the firm hand over copied bank records its attorneys obtained while representing former executives of failed banks.
