High Court Asked To Hear Text Message Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 7:27 PM EDT) -- Verizon Wireless LLC, AT&T Mobility LLC, Sprint Nextel Corp. and T-Mobile USA Inc. in late March asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on the Seventh Circuit's rejection of their bid to nix a putative class action claiming they fixed text message prices.
