Judge Upholds Cleaning Co.'s HUBZone Decertification

Law360 (April 13, 2011, 8:29 PM EDT) -- A federal judge upheld a U.S. Small Business Administration decision that decertified RCD Cleaning Service Inc. as an entity located in a historically underutilized business zone, a move that made the company ineligible to compete for two military contracts.

In an order filed Mar. 30 but unsealed Wednesday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Judge Lynn J. Bush concluded that, given the incomplete and disorganized employee information handed over by RCD, the SBA's decision was not unreasonable.
