Merrill Beats Ex-Employee's Hostile Workplace Suit

Law360 (April 14, 2011, 7:04 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge ruled Wednesday that a Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. employee's allegation that a co-worker raped her at her apartment was not enough to sustain her claim that the financial firm maintained a hostile work environment.
