Subcontractors Spar Over Tenn. DOE Complex Costs

Law360, New York (April 15, 2011, 6:51 PM EDT) -- A third-party defendant in a fight over compensation for a $119 million government complex contract in Tennessee filed a lawsuit against a subcontractor Thursday accusing it of causing costly delays on the project.
