Twins Seek Rehearing In Facebook Settlement Suit

Law360, New York (April 18, 2011, 10:21 PM EDT) -- Two brothers who claim Mark Zuckerberg stole their idea for Facebook said Monday that a Ninth Circuit decision upholding their reported $65 million settlement must be reconsidered because it ignored federal securities law precedent.

Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, former classmates of Zuckerberg at Harvard University, filed a petition for rehearing en banc in a bid to overturn the Ninth Circuit's April 11 decision finding that the pair had no reason to back out of the settlement.
