Calif. Longshoremen Accuse PMA Of Disability Bias

Law360, New York (April 19, 2011, 4:58 PM EDT) -- A group of disabled California longshore workers launched a putative class action in state court Friday accusing the Pacific Maritime Association and its member companies of discriminating and retaliating against them by severely limiting their job opportunities.
