Inge Negligence Suit Against Gibson Dunn Revived

Law360, New York (April 20, 2011, 5:24 PM EDT) -- A California state appeals court on Monday reversed a summary judgment ruling favoring Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, saying a negligence suit brought against the firm by trustees of a real estate company wasn't time-barred.
