Dr. Dre Prevails In Death Row Royalties Suit

Law360, New York (April 20, 2011, 1:20 PM EDT) -- Rap legend Dr. Dre scored a victory Tuesday in a royalty dispute with the record label he co-founded, Wideawake Death Row Entertainment LLC, when a California federal judge ruled that Death Row breached Dr. Dre's contract by selling his music online.
