Judge Allows Galleon Wiretaps Despite FBI Wrongs

Law360 (April 20, 2011, 7:13 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge refused Wednesday to suppress wiretap evidence against a trader implicated in the alleged Galleon Group LLC insider trading scheme, but chastised government investigators for listening to intimate conversations between the defendant and his wife.
