AT&T Security Guards Launch OT, Wage Action

Law360, New York (April 20, 2011, 7:43 PM EDT) -- A group of security guards who worked at retail stores owned by AT&T Mobility LLC in the New York area filed an employment and breach of contract class action in federal court Tuesday seeking unpaid regular and overtime wages.
