Judge Again Shoots Down Civil Fines In Bid-Rigging Case

Law360 (April 21, 2011, 2:47 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge refused Wednesday to revisit a ruling nixing the U.S. government’s summary judgment bid to impose civil penalties on a Belgian company that admitted to participating in a criminal bid-rigging scheme to defraud the U.S. Department of Defense.
