Hershey Settles Sales Rep Overtime Action

Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 4:23 PM EDT) -- The Hershey Co. agreed Wednesday to settle a collective action brought by retail sales representatives who were deemed misclassified as exempt from overtime pay by a California federal court.
