ITC To Hear 337 Suit Over Nintendo Wii

Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 2:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Wednesday it would take up a case accusing Nintendo Co. Ltd. of infringing patents related to a fantasy video game with imports of its Wii gaming system and wireless controllers.

The ITC voted to institute an investigation of video game systems and wireless controllers in response to a March 21 complaint filed by Creative Kingdoms LLC, a live-action adventure game manufacturer, alleging Nintendo's Wii system and remote controller infringe four patents.
