Va. High Court Rejects Law Firm's Termination Suit

Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 7:45 PM EDT) -- Virginia's highest court ruled Thursday that a former Fairfax County chairman did not tortiously interfere with a law firm's contract to provide legal support for the county's housing authority, affirming a lower court's ruling.

Dunn McCormack & MacPherson, which had an at-will employment contract with the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority for 30 years, failed to allege that former county chairman and current U.S. Rep.
