Adobe, EA Sued Over Digital Rights Management IP

Law360, New York (April 22, 2011, 11:56 AM EDT) -- Adobe Systems Inc. and Electronic Arts Inc. were hit in a Texas federal court on Thursday with a patent infringement suit over digital rights management technology.

Digital Reg of Texas LLC, which reached settlements with several major companies in a similar suit in 2009, claims that Adobe's Digital Publishing Suite and EA's Download Manager software infringes its patents.
