NY Man Wrongly Won $16M In Military Contracts: Jury

Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 9:38 PM EDT) -- A federal jury in New York returned a guilty verdict Wednesday for a Brooklyn man accused of falsely claiming to be a disabled veteran in order to win $16 million in military contracts.

The jury returned the verdict against John Raymond Anthony White in New York federal court, finding him guilty of fraud and lying to a law enforcement agent.
