Agencies Float Rule For Detailed Contractor Reporting

Law360 (April 22, 2011, 1:44 PM EDT) -- Federal agencies moved forward Wednesday with a proposed rule that would require certain service contractors to meet new reporting requirements as part of a broader effort to strike a balance between contractor and in-house services.
