Turnpike Toll Union's Anti-Privatization Suit Tossed

Law360 (April 22, 2011, 6:25 PM EDT) -- A federal judge refused Thursday to block the New Jersey Turnpike Authority's privatization effort for toll collection, even though a proposed state contract does not contain a right of first refusal for hundreds of union members to take other jobs.
