Citigroup Charged With Withholding Overtime Pay

Law360, New York (May 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal class action suit was filed Tuesday against Citigroup, alleging the financial services company has illegally avoided paying many employees overtime wages by deliberately misclassifying them as exempt from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York State Labor Law.
