DC Circ. Resurrects Blackwater Shooting Case

Law360, New York (April 22, 2011, 4:52 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit ruled on Friday that a district judge erred in dismissing manslaughter charges brought against four Blackwater Worldwide security guards stemming from a Baghdad shooting in 2007 that killed 14 Iraqis.

A three-judge panel for the D.C.
