Magnesium Co. Sues ITC Over Nixed Russian Duties

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 5:34 PM EDT) -- U.S. Magnesium LLC on Friday challenged the U.S. International Trade Commission's determination that revoking anti-dumping duties on magnesium from Russia will not hurt the U.S. industry.

The U.S. imposed anti-dumping duties on magnesium metal from both Russia and China in 2005. After a five-year sunset review of the duties, the ITC concluded in February that revoking the duties on China would injure the U.S. industry but that revoking duties on Russia would not.
