AIG Resolves OT Class Action For $1.7M

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 11:07 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday granted preliminary approval of a $1.7 million settlement in a wage-and-hour class action brought by 1,300 current and former employees of American International Group Inc.
