Liberty Fails To Nix Claims In Retiree Class Action

Law360, New York (April 26, 2011, 2:04 PM EDT) -- Liberty Mutual Group Inc. lost its bid Monday to strip claims from a putative class action in California accusing the insurer of wrongfully denying former employees retirement benefits for the time they spent with a previously acquired company.
