Grocer, Title Insurer End Fight Over Property Suit

Law360, New York (April 27, 2011, 12:22 PM EDT) -- Nash Finch Co. on Tuesday settled its suit against First American Title Insurance Co. in Minnesota federal court seeking coverage for litigation over the planned construction of a Jack in the Box on property the grocer leases.

U.S. District Judge David S. Doty dismissed Nash Finch's fight against the title insurer, noting the case had been settled. The terms of the settlement have not been released, and lawyers for both sides did not immediately return calls for comment Wednesday.
