Ex-Ukrainian Prime Minister Hits Oil Co. With US Suit

Law360, New York (April 27, 2011, 5:20 PM EDT) -- Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko launched a class action in New York federal court Tuesday alleging political and human rights violations in the purported rigging of a Swiss arbitration ruling allowing RosUkrEnergo AG to reclaim Ukrainian natural gas reserves.
