Bondholders Challenge Delta's Ch. 11 Plan

Law360 (May 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Delta Air Lines Inc. may have exited Chapter 11, but a group of disgruntled bondholders is looking to challenge the bankruptcy court’s approval of the air line’s reorganization plan, and are ready to take their appeal to the nation's highest court if necessary.
