Family Of Ex-Yankee Blames Cirrus For Plane Crash

Law360, New York (April 27, 2011, 6:00 PM EDT) -- A lawyer for the family of former New York Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle told jurors Wednesday in a wrongful death trial against Cirrus Design Corp. that a defect caused the 2006 plane crash that killed the ballplayer and his friend.
