Ill., Ky. Intervene With Corps In Mo.'s Flooding Suit

Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 7:00 PM EDT) -- A Mississippi River flood control dispute heated up Thursday, with Illinois and Kentucky moving to intervene as defendants in Missouri's lawsuit seeking to block the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from detonating portions of a levee to protect an Illinois town.
