Jury Sees Bribe Checks In Lindsey FCPA Trial

Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 7:43 PM EDT) -- Jurors on Thursday were shown checks signed on behalf of Lindsey Manufacturing Co. that were allegedly used to bribe officials in exchange for contracts with a Mexican state-owned utility, as defense attorneys for the electrical parts maker began cross-examining the prosecution's final witness.
