Lions Gate Asks Court To Reconsider Blockbuster Sale

Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 10:43 PM EDT) -- Lions Gate Films Inc. on Thursday asked a New York bankruptcy judge to reconsider the $320 million sale of Blockbuster Inc. to Dish Network Corp., saying the court overlooked its objections to the deal that nixed a revenue sharing agreement for movie rentals.
