Accused Trader Seeks To Subpoena Lehman, Barclays

Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 7:21 PM EDT) -- Accused insider trader Daniel Corbin asked a New York federal judge Thursday to allow him to subpoena Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., Barclays PLC and other companies his alleged tipsters targeted for merger information.

Corbin, a former Miami day trader, was indicted in April 2010 for allegedly making more than $2 million worth of illegal stock trades based on privileged information about corporate acquisitions that Matthew C. Devlin, an ex-Lehman employee, learned from his wife.
