Rajaratnam Jury Ends Week 1 Without Verdict

Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 4:25 PM EDT) -- Jurors in the insider trading trial of Raj Rajaratnam will return to federal court in New York on Monday to continue deliberations after failing to reach a verdict Friday morning.

U.S. District Judge Richard J. Holwell sent the 12 jurors home for the weekend when they assembled in the courtroom at noon Friday following three hours of discussions that day, and more than 25 hours over the preceding four days.
