Supreme Court Denies Mo. Flood Control Injunction

Law360 (May 2, 2011, 12:58 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Supreme Court justice on Sunday denied Missouri's injunction bid to stop a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers levee detonation that would protect an Illinois town from Mississippi River floodwater but flood 130,000 acres in Missouri.
