Judge Sends 'Desperate Housewife' Case To LA Jury

Law360, New York (May 3, 2011, 7:27 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday trimmed former "Desperate Housewives" star Nicollette Sheridan's employment suit against series creator Marc Cherry and the show's production company, but left alive claims that Cherry hit her and then fired her when she drew attention to the abuse.
