NYID Must Comply With Email Discovery In $5B MBIA Suit

Law360, New York (May 3, 2011, 6:32 PM EDT) -- A New York appeals court judge ruled Tuesday that the state Insurance Department must comply with a November order that it participate in an email discovery process in a $5 billion suit over the restructuring of MBIA Inc.
