Hotel Chef Cooks Up OT Action Against Blackstone

Law360, New York (May 3, 2011, 6:34 PM EDT) -- A chef at The London NYC hotel restaurant hit Blackstone Group Holdings LLC and its hospitality affiliate with a proposed collective action in New York on Monday alleging that they failed to pay him and other restaurant employees overtime wages.
