Fireplace Cos. Face Class Action Over Burn Hazards

Law360, New York (May 4, 2011, 3:39 PM EDT) -- The companies behind the Valor brand of gas fireplaces were hit with a class action in California on Monday contending that the products are a safety hazard and that consumers were never properly warned about the alleged risks.
