Sharing Site Denies Film IP Breach To 9th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (May 6, 2011, 10:38 PM EDT) -- An attorney for an operator of websites that serve up BitTorrent peer-to-peer file-sharing links told the Ninth Circuit on Friday that major film studios had not produced evidence tying his clients’ activities to specific acts of copyright infringement.
