AOL Investor Asks High Court To Review E&Y Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (May 10, 2011, 7:55 PM EDT) -- An AOL Inc. investor asked the U.S. Supreme Court last week to hear his appeal of a Second Circuit ruling dismissing his suit alleging Ernst & Young LLP approved tainted financial statements related to Time Warner Inc.'s merger with AOL.

In a petition for writ of certiorari filed May 3, AOL investor Dominic Amorosa and his co-petitioner attorney Christopher Gray said the Second Circuit failed to properly apply the Securities Litigation Uniform Standards Act of 1998 when it dismissed the suit he launched in May 2003...
