Willkie Farr Escapes Motown Songwriter's Contract Suit

Law360, New York (May 10, 2011, 4:09 PM EDT) -- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and a Deutsche Bank AG unit managed to dodge contract and fiduciary duty claims Tuesday in a New York suit brought by Motown hitmaker Lamont Dozier over a deal to securitize his future music royalties.
