Judge Won't Stay LCD MDL Over Arbitration Pacts

Law360, Washington (May 11, 2011, 3:43 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday turned aside arguments by Sharp Corp. and other defendants in the thin film transistor liquid crystal display panel price-fixing multidistrict litigation that the case should be stayed, dismissed or transferred because some plaintiffs allegedly ignored arbitration agreements.
