Mormon Manager Hits Merrill With Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (May 12, 2011, 6:35 PM EDT) -- A former Merrill Lynch manager sued the company in California state court Tuesday alleging his supervisor discriminated against him for being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints after he objected to the cover-up of a botched bond sale.
