Verizon Wins Injunction In Text Services Fraud Case

Law360, New York (May 16, 2011, 2:09 PM EDT) -- An Arizona federal judge handed a win to Verizon Wireless on Wednesday in its fight against a group of premium text message service providers, temporarily blocking the providers from selling to Verizon customers and nixing their preliminary attempts to accuse Verizon of antitrust violations.
